Scope

These conditions govern the use of this website and the sending of quote requests. The commercial and operational conditions of the service are set out in the quote accepted by the customer.

Quote requests

Sending the form does not constitute a confirmed booking or a contract. The request is assessed and, where the service is compatible, you receive a quote.

The information you provide must be accurate: the feasibility assessment is based on what you declare. Inaccurate details may mean the work cannot be carried out on the day.

Nature of the service

Robotic hull cleaning is a maintenance service. It does not replace haul-out, technical inspection or yard work where those are needed.

The check carried out during the job is visual and limited to the areas the drone can reach. It is not a technical, structural or surveyor's inspection and has no value as an expert report.

Carrying out the work depends on the compatibility of the hull and the antifouling, berth access, marina rules and sea and weather conditions.

Appointments and weather

If conditions do not allow the work to be done safely, the job is postponed and a new date is agreed.

Payment conditions, any deposit, cancellation rules and the validity of the quote will be stated in this section before the website is published and, in any case, in the quote itself.
