Regular maintenance helps keep fouling under control. A hull kept clean contributes to reducing drag.
Why compatibility matters
Hull type, the condition and type of antifouling and the geometry of the hull determine whether and how we can work.
When it is not enough
Where hard growth is extensive, a different intervention may be needed. If that is the case, we tell you beforehand.
Robotic cleaning is a maintenance service. It does not replace haul-out, technical inspection or yard work where those are needed.

These figures apply to a scheduled maintenance visit on a hull in ordinary condition. The final price is confirmed after the preliminary assessment: hard growth, very advanced fouling or difficult access may call for different work.

The questions we are asked most often.
Do I need to lift the boat out of the water?
No. The work is carried out in the water, at the berth, when compatibility and operating conditions allow. You do not need to arrange a haul-out for routine cleaning.
Is the service suitable for every boat?
No. Feasibility depends on hull geometry, the type and condition of the antifouling, the level of fouling and how accessible the berth is. That is why every boat is assessed individually before a job is confirmed.
How long does a job take?
It depends on the length of the boat, the condition of the hull and the operating conditions on the day. We give an estimate in the quote, after the preliminary assessment.
Does cleaning replace haul-out?
No. Robotic cleaning is a maintenance service and does not replace haul-out, technical inspection or yard work where those are needed. It is there to keep fouling under control between them.
Can I receive photos or video?
During the job we observe the reachable areas of the hull through the underwater camera and, where agreed, we share images or notes about what was observed. The check is visual and does not replace a technical, structural or surveyor's inspection.
