What we collect

The quote form sends nothing to this website: what you type stays in your browser and is turned into a message that you send us yourself, from WhatsApp or from your own mail programme. We receive your details only when you press send, and through the channel you chose.

The data that reaches us this way is:

• Full name.
• E-mail address and/or phone number, and your preferred contact channel.
• Boat information: location or marina, berth notes, type, length, make and model.
• Hull information: when it was last cleaned, its condition as you see it, and whether you know the antifouling.
• Any additional notes you choose to write.
• Technical browsing data: the page you came from, the referrer and any campaign parameters.

Why we process it

To answer your request, assess feasibility and prepare a quote. The legal basis is the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request.

If you give the optional consent, to send you updates about services and availability. You can withdraw it at any time.

For statistical measurement of the website, only if you consent through the banner. We never send names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, free text or boat names to measurement tools.

Who it is shared with

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes technical browsing data as a processor. There are no other processors: the site has no database and uses no e-mail sending service.

The details of your request travel through the channel you choose — WhatsApp or your own mail programme — and are subject to that service's terms, not ours.

Data is not sold or transferred to third parties for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep the data from a quote request for 24 months from the last contact, after which it is deleted.

Requests remain in whichever channel you used to contact us — mailbox or WhatsApp — so deletion is a manual routine carried out periodically. You can ask for your data to be deleted at any time by writing to adriaticahc@gmail.com.

A longer period applies only where required to comply with legal obligations.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of or objection to processing, and portability where applicable. You may withdraw optional consents at any time.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
